We were the last customers of the day. When we tried out the vehicle the tire pressure light was on, we alerted the sales manager right away. Ryan assured us the leaky tire would be fixed When we tried out the vehicle the tire pressure light was on, we alerted the sales manager right away. Ryan assured us the leaky tire would be fixed before we left with it. It was not, the light was on as we left the parking lot and no one was left at the dealership to help us. We had to fill it ourselves at the nearest gas station. We immediately took it to Vianor to be fixed and it was there that we learned the car had been in an accident and the tire was losing air due to a cracked and bent rim/wheel. The accident was not disclosed to us at the time of purchase. When we called Ryan the sales manager he claimed the car was fine and blamed us for the damage. We asked for our trade back and he stated it had been sold, even though they did not have the title to it. We asked for them to repair the Rim/wheel and he refused. The finance manager did not fill out the registration properly and neglected to charge sales tax at the time of the sale, we received a call three days after the sale, asking for more money. If I could give this place no stars I would. We are filing complaints with the BBB and consulting our lawyer. More

I am on my 5th lease through Team Nissan and so when I needed to add a vehicle for my son to drive, it was a no brainer to purchase from here. Danielle met me at the door when I arrived and was at my ever needed to add a vehicle for my son to drive, it was a no brainer to purchase from here. Danielle met me at the door when I arrived and was at my every beck and call during the selection and purchase process. She even delivered the vehicle to my house!
