Ive worked for this family owned an operated Dealership for 19 years and could not imagine imagine working anywhere. If its snowmobiling in the winter or motorcycling in the spring and summer they always make sure I get my time and to make the most of it. Cousin Danielle and cousin Rob are 2 of the most amazing people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting and working with. I call them cousins because they treated me like family. I have never had a car paym people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting and working with. I call them cousins because they treated me like family. I have never had a car payment so I was truly apprehensive to get into something I couldn't keep up with. They put me in a beautiful car with a beautiful price. I'd recommend them 100 times over. Completely different story from your initial walk in to the negotiations. Get everything in writing because if you don't the conversation 'never happened'. I trusted the highly repeated "word" of promises the negotiations. Get everything in writing because if you don't the conversation 'never happened'. I trusted the highly repeated "word" of promises from the used car sales manager and was told at signing I should pay more than he promised because it's a "Family owned business" ...if so it is a dysfunctional one unfortunately. Danielle worked really hard and deserved my sale but unfortunately her used car manager was unreliable twice with communication and in the end they lost my sale for a mere $250. My trade was insulted multiple times and I was left being told they can sell the Altima to someone else tomorrow so I can leave, yet they haven't in over a month. Good luck with that guys. You need to change. Be the family business your used car sales manager speaks so highly about. Your word is everything. More
