After delivery, there have been multiple follow-ups from Cody to assure my satisfaction despite the long distance. This didn’t happen following purchase of a BMW for my wife from a much closer dealer. Minor questions have been addressed promptly in text with Cody. Prior to my purchase, I called a total of 9 dealers to find the perfect Jeep for me. Had the car we looked at and drove sold the next day when I was going back because I had to get some more statement.
