We purchased a used Dodge Van from them and the mechanical doors didn't work. They assured us they would fix them. Not only did they awesome technician Tommy find the wiring issue and repair it, th mechanical doors didn't work. They assured us they would fix them. Walked in and test drove a car, they ran my credit. In the middle of the process another salesman asked for the keys and he sold it out from under us. Very dirty business and not professional AT ALL. I do not recommend this dealership. My sales guy was very pushy in trying to get me to get something I did not want. Overall I ended up with a 2021 Jeep renegade which is a $25-27k dollar vehicle, payed 2k d pushy in trying to get me to get something I did not want. Overall I ended up with a 2021 Jeep renegade which is a $25-27k dollar vehicle, payed 2k down and currently owe 31k. If I keep the vehicle I will be paying $48k for a $27k vehicle. Idk how they get away with treating customers this way and making them owe twice as much but I will not use this dealership ever again and certainly will not recommend. More
