Friendly and efficient When I was buying my Toyota van, I first went to Conicelli in Springfield, which is much closer to me. They gave me the feeling of oily shysters. Wife Taken advantage of My wife took a 2 year old Sienna in bought at Team Toyota and was told all four tires with less than 25k miles needed to be replaced. Got charged $130 My wife took a 2 year old Sienna in bought at Team Toyota and was told all four tires with less than 25k miles needed to be replaced. Got charged $1300 including a $50 courtesy discount. No mention of bumper to bumper warranty etc. I called multiple times to inquire and have continually be given run around. Still waiting for reply. Separately received mail offering us $200 to not sue since we were overcharged on original Sienna purchase. Have been customer for over a decade and bought prior Sienna there. Sad to see how far things have slipped. Not sure next steps but certainly would appreciate the courtesy of the promised response. More
