It could not have been an easier or more pleasant experience and it is entirely due to Rob Moran. First of all --- because I only lived in cities before I met my husband --- this was my first time thinking through the process of buying/leasing a car and I had lots of questions and felt the need to do lots of homework beforehand. I had loved my Toyota Prius that my husband had leased for me previously, but I had wanted to look around and so we did. We looked at multiple car makers and dealers, but found our way right back to Toyota and right back to Rob. I had a lot of questions and Rob answered all of them. Rob is always efficient and kind and made the experience of buying a car one that you want to do again. How many car salesmen can you say that about? He got us a wonderful price on a wonderful car. My husband had been more interested in some of the luxury accommodations that the Highlander Limited offers and Rob gave us the practical car I wanted with the upgrades my husband wanted and all for a great price. I can already tell you that in three years when our lease expires, we will be using Rob again. And if he moves to a different Toyota dealership in the meantime, we will follow him there! For as long as we are Toyota customers --- and it's looking like this will be a lifetime relationship --- Rob is our guy! More

Surpassed Expectations I had a bad feeling coming back to this dealership as my past experiences weren't the best with the sales reps, and the managers. I came in looking to I had a bad feeling coming back to this dealership as my past experiences weren't the best with the sales reps, and the managers. I came in looking to terminate my lease and purchase a Lexus IS 250, and Adrian gave me all my different options. Although I wasn't able to fix a deal with this dealership because of my financial constraints I left with a different view of this dealership. I found a better deal for my current scenario, and although I didn't close a deal Adrian followed back. He congratulated me even though we didn't do business. I didn't have to do this review, but I felt the urge to do so. Going forward if I have friends or family looking for a Toyota, or used cars at this location I will confidently sat "Adrian will give you the best deal & give you excellent customer service". Thanks again Adrian, I hope your whole team sees how valuable you are to this company. -Chris More

sad in Richboro took my 2009 Toyota Avalon (bought from them new) to take care of a yellow check engine light that came on after i did tuneup, i was told it is going took my 2009 Toyota Avalon (bought from them new) to take care of a yellow check engine light that came on after i did tuneup, i was told it is going to cost me $ 463.00 (not including part) + tax which includes resealing the air intake manifold, after i picked up the car from them, the price seemed high to me so i called the other Team Toyota in Langhorn, Pa (15 miles away) as well as other nearby Toyota Dealers and they all fall in same ballpark figure of $ 355.00 (including gasket part) + Tax, I called Team Toyota of Princeton back and spoke to the service manager and explained to him the situation and asked him for a refund of the difference of almost $ 120.00 minimum, this guy did not sound happy and was yelling over the phone for no reason, he said he will get back to me but it took him 4 business days to call and admitted overcharging me but he said they had to do other things too !!, when i pressed him about other things he said there was what he called a green gasket which they replaced with a good one as he puts it, i explained to him my car always serviced at your dealership (have hard copies) and what green gasket he is talking about? finally he offered me $ 50.00 store credit which i refused to take and i demanded my full $120.00 refund. finally i asked him if he really care about building customer relations as they advertise and the fact me and my family buy at least 2 cars from them annually, he really does not give a crap about their customers, making the customers happy and customers satisfaction was the farthest thing from his mind, it did not seem to bother him giving a bad name to this dealership also. my advice to any one is not to take your business to Team Toyota of Princeton, NJ unless you enjoy being ripped off. More
