I made an appointment for a 6 month service, VA State inspection, and Emmissions inspection. I arrived for my apointment and everything was done on time. But I was missing extra parts to have them installed. Mike discovered I had previously purchased the parts but had never picked them up, He couldn't find the parts in the service area and ordered new ones at no cost to me. He will have the parts tomorrow and will pick up my vehicle when the parts arrrive, install the new handles and bring the vehicle to my residence. I couldn't ask for better service. More
