Worth driving from out of state to make the deal I want to really thank the guys at Ted Russell by posting on here, because I know I am not an easy customer but I really appreciate all the work they I want to really thank the guys at Ted Russell by posting on here, because I know I am not an easy customer but I really appreciate all the work they did with me. My wife needed a new car and really wanted one with a manual transmission that wasn't a sports car. We tried Mazda 6's, VW Passats, Honda Accords, and Ford Fusions. The fusion had her favorite interior and tech specs, so we set out to find a manual Fusion and they were hard to come by. We were traveling through from out of state and test drove one with Andy. Andy really went out of his way to communicate with me through phone, email, and text to make a deal on the car (we lived 4 hours away). Ford financing rates weren't as competitive as what our bank offered, so we wanted to finance through our bank. Brian did an awesome job of finding a better rate than our bank and saved us money there. The staff was fun, friendly, and accommodating for us driving down from out of state. My wife loves the car. The price we got on it was better than any competition (and I really did my homework to be able to say that). I would highly recommend this dealership. Thank you! More
