Tom got back to me quickly and was very friendly. I came in after work to look at and test drive a specific car. They listened to what I said I wanted and didn't try to sell me on something else. Then Derrick went with me to test drive the car. I got the same level of attention and friendliness. He may look like he isn't old enough to drive a car but he knew his stuff. Answered all my questions and elaborated on things without making me feel like I'm being talked down to. Told me about Ted Russell and the quality of the cars they put on their lot to sale. These standards make me more comfortable with buying a used car. At no point during the process did I feel pressured to do or not do anything. They walked me through each step explaining it before I did anything. Tom was great at multitasking and making sure I had everything I needed. Tom set me up with a starting offer that was very decent and better than I expected to start with. They gave me space and time to think it over. Didn't pressure me to make a decision on the spot. I could have left at any time with no hassle. When I decided to try and negotiate a better deal they made the process super easy. I still might have been able to do better, but I was pleased with the price. It was in the range that I had pre-decided I could afford for the make and model I was interested in. These guys were great. They just kept blowing me away. At this point I dealt with two very awesome associates. Then I got to Brian to handle the financing. I was a bit stressed about this part. I just bought a house, haven't even moved all the way in yet. That was an exhausting process and I wasn't sure about making another major purchase so soon. He got me a financing deal that fit the terms I wanted. The paperwork process was quick and easy. These guys actually went way beyond customer service. During the financing process they even lowered our agreed purchase price to get me a better deal and cover any fees instead of having me pay them on top of my purchase price. I didn't want to trade in my current vehicle and they offered to drive my old car home or deliver the new one. I left feeling pretty good about the whole thing. The next day, after I had already signed all the paperwork, they were detailing my car and preparing to deliver it to me. Before they finished cleaning it, they heard back about a better financing offer. I already signed and agreed to one and they found one better and called me to tell me about it. I was able to go back at lunch time and sign new paperwork with a better interest rate and better terms. I ended up walking away with a car I bought at a price I feel good about, reduced by the amount of any fees, a very reasonable financing deal, gap insurance and a warranty, plus they delivered my car right away. From the moment I found the used 2011 Ford Escape I wanted on their lot, my process was smooth and easy. Tom, the youngster, and Brian are awesome. And next time I go to buy a car I will be checking with Ted Russell Ford on the pike first. They are easy going and professional. They are knowledgeable and good at what they do. Fair and Honest. I am nothing but pleased with the whole process and my new to me Escape. Highly recommend these guys. Can't say enough good things about them. More

During my shopping experience, no one was ever desperate or pushy to sell me a car. Rather, they helped me work through my budget to find the right car for me. Brian Myers was extremely diligent and helpful in finding me a excellent loan in order to finance my car. When it came time to trade in my car and sign the paperwork, manager Frank Eppolito was extremely professional and helpful in getting me the best deal possible on my trade in. I can say without hesitation that I will be purchasing/leasing my next car from Ted Russell Ford. More

He even went to another ford lot to pick up the very one we wanted. Brian Myers, Business Mgr. was very kind to us and made the financial part easy as could be. He also explained every detail to us and helped us get the deal we wanted. Even the Dealership Mgr. was like family by the time we drove off with our new Ford. We have always been Ford people, (we traded in our Lincoln) and this was the Best Experience we've ever had!! Thanks a lot. More

purchase of new Taurus called Andy, wanting to trade 2011 Taurus, thought I would find a 2013 Taurus limited with low mileage coming of lease, no luck, then switched to a 20 called Andy, wanting to trade 2011 Taurus, thought I would find a 2013 Taurus limited with low mileage coming of lease, no luck, then switched to a 2014 used, no luck all were rental and had hi mileage. so then we switched thoughts to a new car. I was specific, car had to be Ruby Red, limited-- didn't find any ruby red in 2013' -- 2014' found some , but they had to be shipped, some from sc, Kentucky and one from Morristown. sounded great, but the dealers wife put 3200 miles on it. dealer would not sell as a demo, reduce the price and give me the rebates. so we had to settle for the one from Kentucky, it cost me destination fees, but I finally got my car. in all of this we had many contacts with Andy, I am sure he was glad we closed the deal. it took over two weeks from first contact till today. all contacts were friendly More

Garrett Fowler helped Tom make sure I got all the available rebates and he was equally personable. Doug Jenkins helped us with our trade-in and was a lot of fun to do business with. Robert Duffy completed all the financing paperwork, explained all of the warranty options with no pressure and was genuine and easy to talk to. Ted Frynkewicz was straight forward explaining what to expect when we bring the truck in for maintenance, and John Qualls explained everything you would ever want to know about how all the features of the truck worked. He was exceptionally good at it. And we even got to meet Ted Russell, himself. What a class individual who has a sincere concern for his customers. It is obvious that the teamwork and excellent service provided by his staff are the result of his leadership. More
