Good Morning! I held off submitting my review to see if Mr Eppolito was going to reply to the email conversation between Tom Weiss and myself....never heard word one! And because we have always had very good experiences with Ted Russell in the past, I was taken back the harsh attitude from Tom and the lack of caring on how me as a customer was being treated. All if this started when I asked about a 2nd key, Tom said he knew the seller personally and would try to get the other key....with every other car we have purchased we always got 2 keys....we did not know that this was not standard practice to provide two keys and Tom NEVER told us different. What I got instead was an email going on about AS IS. Well AS IS was not explained to us in the detail it should have. To us, AS IS meant for example if we had a mechanical issue, it was not the responsibility of the dealership to fix it...but we have a bumper to bumper warranty for the life of our loan, so I was not worried about AS IS. We did expect the dealership to make sure we had two keys, an owners manual and car mats...which Tom agreed to when we took possession of the car....to be fair, he never promised the 2nd key, just that he would try to get it from the seller. But when he got nasty over the key he went back on his word for the mats and owners manual. Mr. Eppolito promised me the owners manual--he said it would take a 1-2 days to get....2wks plus later, we are still waiting and never got a call that there might be a delay. We are reasonable and fair people and misunderstandings happen. But as a professional, he had no right to cop an attitude with me. I am not too upset over the mats, but we need the owners manual and every car should have a 2nd key provided or at least offer the customer a deep discount on the purchase of the 2nd key. What upset us the most was the lack of respect from Tom toward a paying customer when he felt I was giving him a hard time--which I did not. and that even his manager did not seem to care that Tom got nasty with a customer. Up until Tom got nasty, our experience was great! Then it all seemed to fall apart. We were expecting to be able to leave a glowing review. Roberta Palmer

I do apologize for your inconvenience, I have personally spoken with Mr. Russell and he has advised me to make sure I take care of all 3 things you have asked for. I Need you to come into the store and ask for me. I will personally find or order you an Owners Manual, Key and Floor Mats! Be prepared to spend around 1 hour at the store because they will have to program the key to your car. Mr. Russell hopes by taking care of these things will salvage the relationship we once had. Well, I am NOT happy, but this has nothing to do with TR!! My one nail proved to be TWO and required a whole new tire!! I haven't even made my first payment yet! LOL!! Service was great this morning. I got to work on time, I was picked up right at the stroke of 12:00 as requested...my car was ready, key had to be ordered. Someone is supposed to call when the key is in. Please don't worry about the mats....I will buy some. I do appreciate everything you and Mr. Russell have done to restore my faith in this dealership. This is the kind of service and consideration I have grown to expect from Ted Russell Ford!! I will edit my review
