Service Department Our car that we had purchased used back in 2011 we have always taken for service to Ted Russell located on Kingston Pike. We have always had considera Our car that we had purchased used back in 2011 we have always taken for service to Ted Russell located on Kingston Pike. We have always had considerate and kind employees working for us on the car from purchase through routine service. We recently had the car in due to several big ticket items needing to be replaced -- it seemed to happen all at once -- one after another. A/C, tuneup, brakes, then starter. Then ignition switch and finally a hidden relay / connection on the ignition wiring going out intermittantly. The service manager kept us in her care as the problems were finally solved, during the past 2-3 months. All of our new parts have a warranty of two years which we greatly appreciate. We would reccommend our service manager and the team of service techicians to those needing car service anytime. More
