When I called the dealership to set up the appointment we were able to set a date and time that was convenient for me and them. When I arrived they were ready and greeted me and made me feel important and respected. Since it was going to take several hours they took me to where I needed to go. It would had been nice to have loaned me transportation but it worked out good. Over all it was a good day I was concerned about the recall but they eased my mind. With how they will take care of it.
