I intially inquired to get an GTI S model thorough TrueCar service . TrueCar pointed out Teddy being a very compatetive pricing dealership but as I was passevlliy look for a new lease I never called them. This where Teddy Staff stands out , mr. Lawrence seeked me out quoted attractive price and managed to convince me to visit . Through his persistence and attention to detail of my family needs and budget constraints he managed to arrange a fantastic deal. My family are could not be happier. I now have 2017 flu fully loaded with a 4 year lease and full warranty and service coverage . It took some time to and patience for right program to come along and when it general manager Phillip and Lawrence pulled together and got the right car for the right price . I would recommend Teddy to anyone looking for well priced VW after they done some research and homework to realize this the place where dealer makes it happen as close as possible to your budget and needs . Douglas, Shaun & Thaddeus! Went in for a oil change and walked out with a 2018 Tiguan instead... I hate to love this place but I do and thats only because of the amazing Dealer’ Went in for a oil change and walked out with a 2018 Tiguan instead... I hate to love this place but I do and thats only because of the amazing Dealer’s that work there. I went in and decided to ask about getting out of a lease early, I was helped by Douglas Lee, who took me for a test drive once I set my sights on the 2018 Tiguan. Once back we crunched multiple numbers back and forth and when I felt like it made sense we went ahead. I didnt feel pressured because he understood that I didn’t NEED the car but was just curious. Shaun Riley popped over and he was the one who had helped me with my Jetta and he came through for me again today, So long as I am a VW driver I’ll only go to Shaun & now, Douglas! While I was there I complained about my insurance usually being high so Thaddeus Lawrence came around and helped try to find me something better, he really worked hard & although it didnt work out for me I appreciated that he even bothered to spend hours of his time trying to help me! I’ve always said no matter if I get a car or not every time I go to Teddy I spend the entire time laughing and making great conversation with the employee’s. I dont want to go somewhere where I feel like its a hostage situation & this place is far from that. I could go on and on about todays visit but If you need anything from a VW dealer, you have to go see Douglas, Shaun & even Thaddeus! I walked away very pleased today and they will continue to have a customer in me. More

Great, courteous service. We were looking for a used Odyssey and gave them a call. They were courteous and very helpful. They helped us purchase a great car within our budget. The only "issue" was that the car was still not finished being cleaned and washed when we arrived to pick it up (though the job was quite thorough and well done) and we needed to wait a little while.
