after about two weeks of negotiating with three different hyundai dealerships, i chose temecula hyundai and i am extremely happy with my choice. i started working with shawn smiley and he was just great. he hyundai dealerships, i chose temecula hyundai and i am extremely happy with my choice. i started working with shawn smiley and he was just great. he got me the price i wanted and was very easy to work with. i then worked with dale shiffler (kind of a tag team with mr smiley) who actually drove out to my house with the vehicle i was interested in for a test drive. none of the other two offered this service and i was immediately impressed with this customer service. mr shiffler and mr smiley took care of all our wants and needs to a tee. i then spoke with jason arlledge the finance guy. he made the arduous task of purchasing a new vehicle simple. he did NOT try to sell me the moon with additional stuff and for that i thank him. all in all, it was a very good experience and i would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in a new hyundai. i (if i can ever afford another new or certified vehicle) would see this dealership first. one small suggestion, try not to make a purchase on the weekend as they were very busy. 10 of 10 on a scale of ten.
