My 2010 Nissan Altima was totaled the day before when I was rear ended at 70 MPH by a distracted driver, so my wife Brenda and I decided to go shopping for a new car. When Brenda and I arrived at the deale was rear ended at 70 MPH by a distracted driver, so my wife Brenda and I decided to go shopping for a new car. When Brenda and I arrived at the dealership to look at new cars we were immediately greeted by a gentleman named Daniel. We told Daniel we were interested in a new Altima. While showing us the different models the Sentra SR caught my eye. I had a few questions and Daniel wanted to make sure I received the best information possible, so he asked another sales rep (Kam) who was more experienced with the Sentra to assist us. Kam was very knowledgeable and professional. He thoroughly answered all of our questions, and we never felt pressured. We honestly did not plan on buying on the spot, but Kam, Brandon, and Riley in financing worked very hard to give us a great deal that we could not say no to. We have bought 3 new cars at this dealership in the past 10 years, and this was our best experience to date. As far as the car goes I love it! This Sentra SR is loaded with features that I would only expect to find in a higher end car, and the best part of it I got all of those features at an economy car price. The 39 MPG is a nice added bonus because I commute 100 miles a day to and from work. Thank you Daniel, Kam, Brandon, and Riley for the exceptional service and making this a pleasant shopping experience. More

I had a rough time as a customer over a year ago. When I came in a few weeks back I was put in a nice Frontier but the deal sort of went into limbo. Took my car for tires change two weeks ago, and noticed the cup holder lid was broken when I left my car for this service. The cost according this employee is costly and that they will not be responsible for. I am a very concern about who will be the person I need to talk to next regarding to my case?
