Had a great experience getting my windshield replaced under warranty. Mike Marcoux evaluated the problem, ordered the part and setup the repair to be sublet. I ended up waiting for the repair to be com under warranty. Mike Marcoux evaluated the problem, ordered the part and setup the repair to be sublet. I ended up waiting for the repair to be completed and Mike kept me informed of the repair status during my wait as it took longer to complete than anticipated. As soon as the repair was complete, Mike drove my car around to the waiting area. He was also apologetic about the wait time. (But waiting my problem because I had left the dealership without leaving the correct key to the car....so I had to Uber back to drop off the key and I chose to wait for the repair to be completed at that point.) All in all, it went very well. Thanks, Mike! More
Amanda was the best, she should get a raise and a promotion. She kept me updated on everything that was going on.
