Nissan Temecula is consistently a top tier Dealership in their sales and ESPECIALLY in their service department. Before the Pandemic and maybe more so throughout it, they provide the service you need in a f their sales and ESPECIALLY in their service department. Before the Pandemic and maybe more so throughout it, they provide the service you need in a friendly, informative, and expedited manner. Alex has become my personal advisor, and for any issue big or small, he is the best help I could've asked for! More
Alex was so wonderful! Super helpful, knowledgable + pleasant. Stayed late and communicated clearly. I messed up my car pretty bad and he helped settle me down and brought levity to the situation. pleasant. Stayed late and communicated clearly. This was easily the worst customer service experience of my adult life. After dropping my car off on October 6th due to transmission issues, I was told that they needed to run a diagnostic and they should my adult life. After dropping my car off on October 6th due to transmission issues, I was told that they needed to run a diagnostic and they should have something in an hour. I finally asked about my car after about four hours and was told by my service advisor, Alex Campagna, that "they should have something tomorrow". My car was still under warranty, so I asked about a rental. I was told that due to Nissan having to "approve it", I would not get a rental and was essentially on my own. I am not sure who would approve this besides an actual Nissan dealership. I was left to my own devices as no one seemed too concerned on assisting me after it was clear I wasn't getting my car back today. After paying for a rental out of my own pocket, I was able to transfer the rental to the service center which was relatively painless (mostly because I was dealing directly with Enterprise and not anyone at this service center). I was contacted at 1:15 on Saturday, October 10th by Mr. Campagna letting me know that my car was finished. I was then notified while on my way that they "saw I was in a rental" and that my car would not be released to me until I had turned my rental in and provided this service center with the invoice. That would not be a problem, except Enterprise closes at 12:00 on Saturday. This would have caused me to have to pay an additional day or two on the rental and take yet another day off of work, which I cannot afford. Luckily, my spouse works at Enterprise, so I was able to have my car released to me. I assumed that was the end of it until I received a call on Monday, October 12th from Alex Campagna. He told me that I "needed to get him that invoice" and how he had been on the phone "forever" trying to get it. The last time that I checked, I was still the customer in this situation. However, I did call Enterprise on behalf of Mr. Campagna, spent three minutes on the phone with someone there and had the invoice sent over to the service center. In return, it took the service center and Mr. Campagna another two weeks to send me the invoice for the repairs to my car. Altogether, I found this entire experience to be extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I could expect the wait, the runaround and the general disinterested attitudes I received from a local mechanic, not a major dealership's service department. I was also alarmed to find that about 75% of the staff in the office were not wearing masks during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. I will make it a point to tell anyone that I know that owns a Nissan to steer clear of this location. More
