After replacing hydraulics on clutch, I had to tow/return the vehicle three times for them to bleed air from clutch line before getting it right; this occurred over a three weeks period. Would this have gone better at (ie:) Joes Discount Muffler and Repair Shop? Seems like the dealer would have been able & conscientious enough to make it right before releasing vehicle to customer. Nobody ever said "sorry for inconvenience, appreciate your patience, thanks for your business." And, they refused to accept my 20% off discount from AAA. Who does that? None of the employees in the service desk area wore face coverings. More

Alex is great to work with. He knows his business and cares for the customer's vehicles and satisfaction. I took my car in for general maintenance and Alex had the team go through the car to ensure ever cares for the customer's vehicles and satisfaction. I took my car in for general maintenance and Alex had the team go through the car to ensure everything is in working order. They found my 02 sensors covered in carbon and had the parts ordered and instead of just replacing it, they did a deep dive to find out WHY it was getting high fuel. Turns out there was a problem with one of the cylinders and they checked the plugs, the injectors, the coils, moving parts to ensure the issue followed or cleared, etc. Very thorough and steps I would have wanted taken. Great work and it is appreciated to keep that car running. More

The Temecula Nissan Service Department is a well oiled machine, pun definitely intended. I called at around 10:00 am on a Friday, the young lady who answered my call scheduled my oil change for 11:30 am. machine, pun definitely intended. Upon arrival, despite being busy the rental car agent took down my information and started the check in process. Amanda then freed up from her previous client greeted me with a smile and clearly explained the process, wait time, and asked if I had seen the service coupons. Amanda explained it would be an hour and a half, when that time was to expire Amanda advised me my vehicle was ready. Within minutes my vehicle was brought to me and I was on my way. Surprisingly, the cost of the full synthetic oil change was less than I have paid at a non dealership shop previously. Regardless, I will be returning to Temecula Nissan. Added bonus was hearing “Raiders” from another service advisor, because I was wearing a Raiders face mask, we briefly spoke about the upcoming game and the fantastic win over K.C. Long and short, the service department helped me feel the desire to return. More
