Hello. I brought my Nissan Versa in on 5/29/2020 for an oil change. I left with new tires, alignment and then they told me I need shocks as well. They serviced the car for $1,340 on 06/02/2020 in which $10 oil change. I left with new tires, alignment and then they told me I need shocks as well. They serviced the car for $1,340 on 06/02/2020 in which $100 was to be taken off of bill and never was. The next day my car was making horrible noises at random times in the front under the pedals as well as a loud clunk under the rear left. I then brought it in 06/22/2020 for the issue and they stated bolts were loose, took it home 06/24/2020. Then I called again because the noise was still there and eventually got loud again all in the same regions. I called and scheduled to come in 07/29/2020 at 7:00am. I called Alex the day before 07/28/2020 and left a message if I could bring it in that afternoon because the sound was so loud and it actually jolted the rear end, no response, so I brought in on 07/29/2020 and was told I needed to bring it back when it was making the noise, this is what I tried to do the day before. I explained that is hard to do because I work until 7-7:30 pm and you are closed, so I left. I finally had enough when a young man pointed out my car was making a noise in my rear left car so I brought in on 08/03/2020 for my appt. set on 08/04/2020. I got it back on 08/05/2020 and was told they did not find anything except tightened up something under my car pedal, I was not given a receipt of what was done even after requesting one. At this time Alex fixed my carpet under my pedals that covered my trunk lever as well as fixed my trunk due to the fact it was just thrown back in on my first visit of 06/02/2020, at that time Alex took my tools and jack that were loose out hoping that was the source, no it was not. So I am writing due to I am frustrated I have a broken car, it was all fine when I brought in for a simple oil change. I work 7 days a week and take care of my Mom, I cannot just keep bring my car in. I have had several people in my car asking what that noise is, besides the noise you actually can feel it. I need someone to take care of this one last time. Going without a car is not an option at this time. I brought in again on 08/26/2020 at 9:38 am and it was taken to Lake Elsinore to be taken apart and welded???????I was without my car for a month. I picked it up on 09/22/2020. When I got the car back there was tiny black spots all in bedded in paint and windshield. I brought it back the next day to show Alex and he said he would have the car detailed once the carpet was installed due to being damaged when repaired ( still have not heard anything ). I got my car back filthy on the interior as well with dirt throughout entire interior. I asked for a receipt on 09/22 and was told that they did not have one, they needed to get it from Lake Elsinore, I old them again I needed one to show what was done to my car, he said they needed to wait until the first of the month due to it cost Nissan a lot to repair and they did not want to show it on the September month???? I asked again and said I needed one , then on 09/25/2020 I received an invoice still not knowing what was done. I need a detailed invoice on what was done to my car!!!!!! More
