Beware of this shady, F-rated, unaccredited BBB stealership and I strongly suggest you reconsider buying a Nissan in the first place. Nissan makes things very difficult on the consumer and this stealership and I strongly suggest you reconsider buying a Nissan in the first place. Nissan makes things very difficult on the consumer and this dealership adds and hides thousands of dollars in fees to their contracts after the lie to you to get you in. There are plenty of Yelp reviews confirming this. Don't be fooled by the inflated 5 star reviews. Read the honest ones that aren't from employees and their families. They "talked to their managers" about getting a surprise $1k lease buyout 'inspection fee' waived because they apparently don't trust the free one that Nissan already provided and that came out with no safety concerns. The whole inspection is unnecessary because I'm buying the car, but Elisha Campos had a sob story about not making enough money on the deal that was already negotiated and had a contract drawn up 3 years ago. The General Manager, Jacob Little, and Nissan don't seem to care since they are a franchise and Nissan has no control over them. In CA you have to buyout Nissan lease returns through a dealership, so they are able to do whatever they want to hustle you at the end of the term. That's why I caution everyone in CA to never lease a Nissan. You're at their mercy at the end of the contract. Buying from an unethical company is 100% up to you, I just strongly suggest going to a different dealership to avoid thousands in hidden costs. Apparently they only get a little foot traffic from Temecula, so they're running their business off taking advantage of locals who don't know better. I even called before I made the 2.5 hour drive up there to confirm that I wouldn't have to go through all of this but apparently the guy I spoke to is "just a teller who doesn't know what he's talking about." Good job hiring and training. Pretty sure Greg put me on hold repeatedly and said he was asking the manager every time I asked for confirmation. More
Recommend only slightly due to the fact that it took longer than expected. Recommened repair was also really expensive. I could not get the recommended work at the time due to the expense.
