Alex Campagna and Mike Marcoux are the only service technicians I will take my cars to. They are both honest, upfront, and both being Master Mechanics have the knowledge needed for that department. I would like to express my displeasure with the service received on 09/28/2020. I arrived at 0630 for an oil change and tire rotation. I was first in line with a 0700 appointment, and saw people that came received on 09/28/2020. I arrived at 0630 for an oil change and tire rotation. I was first in line with a 0700 appointment, and saw people that came after me leave before I did. My car was brought out with a bolt stuck in the tire and the next day developed a low idle(almost cut out). I checked under the hood and found that the air intake assembly was not properly installed after they checked the filter. These are things that should've been caught with proper quality checks. I hope they make this right. More
