Good service, with one demerit. Tim had a great attitude, and kept me informed. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is he mistakenly told me my car was done on the 2nd day, but i Tim had a great attitude, and kept me informed. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is he mistakenly told me my car was done on the 2nd day, but it wasn't. So far, I am happy with the repairs, but not so much with Nissan Corporation. My 370Z is only 2 years old with only 13,000 miles on it, and yet required repairs that took 3 days and would have cost me over $2,300 if it was not still under warranty. Ouch! More

Clean, efficient and good customer service. However, I was a little dismayed that none of the employees were wearing masks. There are signs on the doors that all who enter must wear a mask but the employ was a little dismayed that none of the employees were wearing masks.
