Service could not (did not) try to reproduce the problem, instead sold me a new battery for $179. Battery was not the problem but they assured me it was. After leaving the dealership, the car failed to start the very next time I tried. I lost confidence in Nissan Temecula's ability to fix a common problem. I don't have time or money to be training your staff in fixing obvious stuff. I took it to a local mechanic who fixed it, no fuss, no muss, and at less cost. More
Arrived at 9am for my 9am appt. Was told it would be 2hrs for an oil change and tire rotation and there were 17 cars in front of me. What is the point in having an appointment?? It ended up being less time but still frustrating. I understand the complications of COVID and limited staffing by why overbook and frustrate people further? 48hrs after the appointment my wife pulled out on a trip to Vegas. I went in the garage about 30 min after she left and noticed a large oil spot on my garage floor. I called her and told her to turn around immediately so I could check out the car. Dip stick showed full, drain plug is tight, but looking at the oil fill on top of the engine it looks like the lube tech missed the hole when filling and oil dripped under the cover, down the block, and onto my floor. Very unprofessional and makes me wonder what else I have to be concerned with after having my car serviced there. Do I need to check the torque on my lug nuts? I guess that’s what you get with a “free” oil change.... My advisor was great and answered all my questions at the time of service. Simply upset with the appointment system and the lube tech for making a mess and costing my wife an extra hour of driving. Pics available. More

The staff at Temecula Nissan was kind and made things pleasant. Buying a car is time consuming especially during covid. Took my car in for check engine light on. It was a bigger issue than expected Alex Campagna was great help, he reassured me that would be taken care off. Left car for a couple days and all done.
