My critique has nothing to do with the quality of work that was done on my vehicle. My critique has to do with the lack of safety measures taken by a few of the service reps during this period of COVID c that was done on my vehicle. One rep wore a mask, one rep had a plastic shield up with no mask and one had neither a shield nor a mask. I have purposefully chosen to keep myself and my family safe during this time and this interaction made me less than comfortable. Everyone was friendly and did a good job, but as a professional organization, I would think that the safety of staff and those they serve would be paramount during this time. More
