Waited 8 Hours I had an appointment at 7 for an oil change and brakes. After a about 4 hours I got a call and they said that the car was on the rack and it should I had an appointment at 7 for an oil change and brakes. After a about 4 hours I got a call and they said that the car was on the rack and it should be an hour. After about 2 more hours I called again and they still were not done. I finally when up there and and they said 30 more minutes. They didn't even know that I was actually waiting for my car. The worst part is the lack of integrity. There is no way that a car is going to be on a rack for 8 hours. So to be told that is just ridiculous. This is not the only time. Every time I go there I have an appointment and still wait for 2-3 hours for an oil change. That is ridiculous. Why have appoints if you are not going to honor them. Then they said they would not charge me for the oil change. Well there was no charge for it because of the plan I was on. I have to continue to tell them that every time I go there. It should be in the system already. More

Poor dealership. Poor work. NO disability ramps. There is NO handicap ramp near the service dept. I went in for an oil change. They told me with an oil change they check the air pressure in the tires There is NO handicap ramp near the service dept. I went in for an oil change. They told me with an oil change they check the air pressure in the tires. I needed this done. I didn't get to look at the tires when they finally brought my car around because I was so tired from standing with my walker waiting. There was little seating to wait outside. I couldn't get to the waiting room that has tv to watch because there is NO ramp. But when I got home I looked at my tires and they were still low. Being handicap it is hard to get to a air pump and fill my tires. They also don't wash your car now. More
