This is by far the worst dealership in the entire County of Riverside, perhaps the state. It is my second experience with them and they are the epitome of "used car salesman." I had to wait almost two hours of Riverside, perhaps the state. It is my second experience with them and they are the epitome of "used car salesman." I had to wait almost two hours from the time I told them I wanted the truck to the time they even brought me some numbers to discuss and negotiate. The entire process took five and a half hours before they even had me go back to finance to sign a few things and I was very upset. They messed up the paperwork multiple times and had to keep redoing everything. If you need proof just look at my name on this review that they typed in and said to me and asked me to fill out. They didn't even spell my name right. Some of the paperwork had to be signed by my spouse and they made arrangements to drive it by for him to sign and they didn't get there until almost midnight! Should you help desk birthday word to drive it all the way to Huntington Beach for his signature to close the deal. Completely unprofessional and rude and horrible. The worst part was the finance guy. He was all friendly as he kept pushing me to purchase their extended warranty. By the fourth time I told him no means no and he got pretty Frosty after that. It was so blatant that he didn't even have the decency to pretend to be kind after that. In the end I didn't keep the truck and I went to a different dealership and bought a newer truck with less miles on it for the exact same price. Will never ever go to them and I warn as many people away from them as possible. More
