Service center is full of guys who really don't give much of a care to your needs. I waited 90 days for a replacement radio which magically was in stock a day after complaining to Nissan directly. I was offered a free cabin filter at my 20K vehicle check up for my trouble. In exchange for an excellent customer review on the site. How wonderful. I will never buy from this dealership or purchase a Nissan again. More

Climate control system finally fixed A difficult problem to find and fix because the problem with the climate control system (if not calling for heat, ac was operating at full blast) was A difficult problem to find and fix because the problem with the climate control system (if not calling for heat, ac was operating at full blast) was intermittent. And compounded because Nissan had no diagnostic procedures for dealing with this problem - perhaps because the 2019 Alltima has a lot of new technology. It took 3 attempts, but I am so grateful to have my car again working as it should. One star off overall rating because one of service reps attempted to convince me that a continuous 50 deg air blast on a 65 deg day was the way it was designed. Thank you Alex for perservering to find a solution. More

Service was good but it took 2 1/2 hours to complete an oil change! In my opinion that is way too long for a basic service., I was waiting in the waiting area the entire time from 8am -10:30am. They did an alignment for me which was great, but their service needs to be better no matter who walks in the door.
