My service visit at Temecula Nissan was very pleasurable, I appreciate the spacing efforts due to Covid-19. Service was good and timely, also the staff was awesome. My wife and I had a great experience at Raceway Nissan in Temecula ca. We visited one other dealership prior to Raceway, the salesman had such a lack of interest and just generally unpleasant, we felt judged Temecula ca. We visited one other dealership prior to Raceway, the salesman had such a lack of interest and just generally unpleasant, we felt judged by him and we were out of there in less than 15 min. We initially intended to purchase a used Toyota Corolla. Within a few minutes of speaking with Elisha Campos, he’d convinced us to reconsider our options and think about purchasing a new car. At the time, this did not seem a feasible option but he took his time and explained everything in great detail, by the end we were convinced that a new car was not only a viable option but also a far better value for our Money. We love our brand new, 2020 Nissan Sentra. Our experience as a whole, was pleasant, the finance guys really seemed to go the extra mile to get the deal we wanted but Eli really deserves the bulk of the credit for convincing us to even consider a new car.
