Absolutely ridiculous service from the Sales department. I called on Monday to start the process of buying our 5th car from your dealership. My 2014 Rogue needed an expensive repair. This first message was left on Monday. On Tuesday, Talked to Brittany first and gave my requests, then passed on to Jose. Jose asked the same questions again (always about monthly payments before anything else) . I don’t hear back from him. So now it is Wednesday and I call back...Jose tells me he got slammed and he got too busy. I repeat what I am looking for and I want him to pick out a few vehicles. We make an appointment for Thursday. On Thursday, we have three calls asking if we are going to come in. We had said between 5 & 6. Three times! Then we get there and notice that mask usage is spotty at best. Jose comes out and has no homework done...no idea what kind of cars to show me....starts like I just walked onto the lot. My wife, my daughter and myself decide to leave. I explained to Jose why with another person who identified himself as Jose’s team leader. Apologized and said he was there to take over...so he asks what he can do, so I tell him to try to find a car that fits my needs...he assured me that he would do that...I still haven’t heard from him.... I called on Friday (it’s now been five days...(I had to pick up my car from service to go to a doctors appointment) I called again, Claudia was very friendly and I asked to talk to the general manager...She put me through to Jacob, but his voice mailbox is full. So I called her back and she told me that she would take my message to him. It’s now Saturday....I hope you see that I didn’t have to elaborate anything I have said...is this really how a car purchasing experience is supposed to be? We have been so loyal as customers between purchasing vehicles and servicing them regularly, we still have the 2015 Altima that has 130,000 miles that we were looking to trade in. We bought two cars on January 1 2015. So to me, you blew off us purchasing 2 cars from your dealership this year. More

No masks , no gloves, no distancing. Quoted 45 min to an hour and took over 2 1/2 for an oil change. I had to ask them what was going on to find out. As usual the prepaid service package I bought, they had hour and took over 2 1/2 for an oil change. I had to ask them what was going on to find out. As usual the prepaid service package I bought, they had a hard time getting authorization for the service which I told them ahead of time always happens and that I did not have hours to wait for it. It's the same story every time so I really just want to cancel the package and never go back. It's not worth the time and it should not be such a Hassel to get an oil change that is prepaid. More
SERVICE I BROUGHT MY CAR IN TO BE SERVICED ON 4-25-20. I HAVE BEEN BRINGING MY SENTRA THERE SINCE I BOUGHT IT IN 2015 AND HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS AT ALL. I BROUGHT MY CAR IN TO BE SERVICED ON 4-25-20. I HAVE BEEN BRINGING MY SENTRA THERE SINCE I BOUGHT IT IN 2015 AND HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS AT ALL. THIS TIME WHEN I BROUGHT IT IN "TIM" HELP ME. I LEFT MY CAR THERE IN THE MORNING AND THEN WENT BACK HOME AS I USUALLY DID AND WAITED FOR THE CALL TO COME PICK IT UP. I GOT NO CALLS ALL DAY. KNOWING THAT THEY CLOSE AT 4PM ON SAT I CONTINUED TO CALL FOR UPDATES. THEY WANTED ME TO CALL HEMET WHERE I BOUGHT THE CAR FOR THE WARRANTY INFO. WHY SHOULD I CALL.....ISN'T THAT THEIR JOB? ANYWAY IT SHOULD ALL BE IN THEIR SYSTEM RIGHT? SO I CALLED BACK AND SPOKE TO A MANAGER AND DON'T YOU KNOW HE FOUND THE WARRANTY INFO IN THE SYSTEM. I WAS HAVING SURGERY ON WED SO I NEEDED TO GET THIS HANDLED BEFORE THEN. STORY SHORT THEY HAD MY CAR FOR A WEEK AND THEN WHEN I DID PICK IT UP THE NEXT SAT MY WILL LOCK ISN'T IN MY CAR. I CALLED WHEN I GOT HOME AND SOMEONE WAS SUPPOSE TO CALL ME BACK.....NO ONE DID AND ITS BEEN 1 WEEK!!!! NOW THIS SAT I HAVE TO GO BACK SO THEY CAN FIGURE OUT WHAT LOCK IS FOR MY TIRE. THEY HAVE ALL NEW PEOPLE THERE. I NEVER HAD THESE ISSUES BEFORE THEY GOT THESE NEW PEOPLE IN THE LAST 5 YRS. UN-HAPPY CUSTOMER.
