Wow!! It was a Great day..... I got my car I wanted. I didn’t get the color I was promised. Yes it’s RED.... but not what the dealer said...... it didn’t have any SPARKLE....... Auto detailing, not so detailed I was referred here by a purchased silent auction auto detailing; since it was close to work I thought I would give it a shot. Staff was fairly friend I was referred here by a purchased silent auction auto detailing; since it was close to work I thought I would give it a shot. Staff was fairly friendly, but it was really no more detail than a car wash. They had my car for 6.5 hours and didn't notify me that it was finished; I had to get a ride from work so I just showed up when my coworker could take me (shuttle doesn't run after 3:30) I was told that my car was "over there" with the keys in it. No one accompanied me or checked to see if I was pleased with the work. I wasn't. I really don't expect a service center to do an excellent job with detailing, but I did think they would at least get the spilled coffee out of my cup-holder. I will take my car to a detail shop to get the detailing that I needed - now I'll pay twice! More
