While the service advisor was very nice, there was a disconnect between the advisor, parts and the technicians. Calling and making my appt as well as the check in process were great. However the sign up, lack of communication and attitude of the gentleman behind the counter in the parts Dept was ridiculous. They were very accomodating, as I could not pick up my car before closing. They made sure the sales department would be available for me to pick up my car with them. I live in Long Beach, but have family car before closing. They made sure the sales department would be available for me to pick up my car with them. I live in Long Beach, but have family in Temecula, and I will always choose to get my car serviced here.However, this visit, my tire maintenance alert was left on, so I am not sure if my tires were rotated like I requested with my other services.
