Recall service took 1 day longer than promised. It was ok with us since they called to ask if they could get more time. Not happy with the condition of the car when we picked it up. We had the car detailed the day before the appointment with Nissan, and it came back with black scuff marks on the drivers' side in step. Also there was sticky tree sap on the top of the car like it was parked under a tree. Never had this happen before. The lack of customer parking, not one spot in the parking lot or the street is pretty frustrating:( More

Trade in lease. Told them I could only do a certain amount per month and they come back with wayyy over my budget and ask “is this ok?” No. Once again same thing. This happened 4 times. They had to go pick up my car in Hemet or Oceanside 3pm I had my 4 year old who wanted to leave obviously We went home and they said they’d drop It off and being the paperwork. We get home around 5pm Jonathan calls and says “anyway you guys can come back to the dealership?” Haha no he says he will be here at 6:30 Well we both have to sign and my mom wouldn’t be home then. We told Him she would be back at 8pm and said we should just do tomorrow. He didn’t seem to understand and kept saying he would be here at 6:30 and just not wash the car. 5:30 call - “ok I’ll just bring the paperwork deal Is no good tomorrow” hmmm no 6:30 call asks for my moms phone number We told him she would be home at 8pm 8pm- “where are you?” He says “I’ll be there at 8:20” 8:25- “I’ll be there at 8:35” 8:35- “running late be there at 8:45” 8:45- he just left “running late” 9pm- he gets here Honestly this was the worst experience I had here More

Quick Oil Change I stopped in with no appointment to get an oil change. Service advisors were all busy on the phones and took a while for them to help me. I don't think they did anything wrong, maybe they are short-staffed because of management fails. Service advisor was very nice, oil change didn't take long, and I got my car back in one piece pretty quickly. The car wash was broke which was a bummer, but I'm going to handwash it here at my ranch today. I bought my car here in Temecula but was taking my car to both Escondido and Temecula for service over the years. Escondido seriously messed up my car last service. I'm not gonna write a book about the crazy experience, but I'm coming to Temecula from now on. More
