I was told that the car I was looking for was only 30 minutes away and after we agreed on a price did I find out that the car was 400 miles away. Lenghty and subpar! I've used this dealership since my 2011 Altima was new. Regardless of the service that was performed they always returned my car cleaner than it was w I've used this dealership since my 2011 Altima was new. Regardless of the service that was performed they always returned my car cleaner than it was when I brought it in. Whatever happened to the paper floor protectors to protect my carpets? NO MORE CAR WASH! The price of an oil change has gone up there customer service is no longer what it once was, they are no longer price competitive when it comes to oil & filter changes. I WILL NOT BE USING THEM IN THE FUTURE! More

If I could give zero stars, I would. These guys are the absolute worst. They tried to nickel and dime me on every turn. They advertise one price online but when you get there it’s actually about $3000 more absolute worst. They tried to nickel and dime me on every turn. They advertise one price online but when you get there it’s actually about $3000 more because they’ve got $1000 alarm system you have to purchased and there’s $2300 in extras that they pretty much try to force down your throat. It took me two weeks to buy a car from these guys just because I waited them out. One of the guys made a mistake and put it in writing that he was going to honor the Internet price and they tried for two weeks to not sell me the car but I had to wait them out. After 15 days When we actually sat down to sign the paperwork, they still had the price wrong by $100. I had to wait yet another day for them to take $100 off the price. These guys are terrible. Do not waste your time here. More
What happened to Jeremy?! He was your best service manager. May not return. Brought car in at 7:30 a.m. didn't leave until after 11:00 a m. Oil change, tire rotation and cabin filter replaced. I had one of the greatest experiences ever at the sign of Temecula. I went to the dealership to get my car repaired. End up buying a vehicle that Nissan just got from the auction. The car was great but it ne Temecula. I went to the dealership to get my car repaired. End up buying a vehicle that Nissan just got from the auction. The car was great but it needed some service. Where I had the opportunity to work with Mr. Tim Nelsen. Tim went over and beyond the call of duty. From getting my Car repaired like it was brand new. Also gave me coffee and donuts while I waited for my paperwork. I got a shuttle to my house until they found out what was wrong with the car. When the car was being repaired Tim arranged for me to get a brand new rental car which I thought was amazing. No charge to me of course. It was one of the greatest experiences I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle. And I pretty much over to Mr. Tim Nelson. This guy is amazing and in my opinion he deserves a raise. Much thanks to Mr. Tim Nelsen. Thank you Tim Nelsen. More
