This was the worst car sales experience I’ve ever had. They had closed a deal with us and asked us to come back the next day with only proof of residence and to sign the paperwork. When we came back the n They had closed a deal with us and asked us to come back the next day with only proof of residence and to sign the paperwork. When we came back the next day, they basically said never mind you can’t get the truck. There was bad miscommunication from the beginning. Never coming back to this dealer again. They didn’t even have receipts for my personal checks that were given, no business cards. Everything was just very unprofessional. When I was addressing my complaint Riley the finance manager stepped in however his responses to my complaint were very sarcastic and I was very impressed with the type of service I was provided. After all they did not try and find a solution for us and I was just very shocked the way they treated us for their mistake and not reviewing or following the proper procedures on how to close a deal. Worst place ever!!! More
