I was attended when I arrived promptly and the service staff was very prompt and friendly. The waiting area is offered with coffee, water, and donuts. Although the waiting area is not spacious, it is sufficient to accommodate about 12 people. There are two desktop computer stations for customer use. In addition, they offer shuttle service within a 15-mile radius. Although I didn't use the service, I found it very helpful (especially, the mall is quite close to the dealership). The maintenance service was done sooner than the estimated timeframe. I really appreciate the service department staff's professionalism and friendliness. More
