It’s a hit or miss but so not worth the huge bill because someone doesn’t know how to read! More

Great Customer Service and Fast Turn-around I originally came in for an oil change. I had asked for new tires in the past, but the past techs keep telling me I did not need them. The same went I originally came in for an oil change. I had asked for new tires in the past, but the past techs keep telling me I did not need them. The same went for the suspension. This time, Alex was fast to recommend the tire change, suspension work, and other basic maintenance. I was expecting the vehicle back after several days, but it was back the same day. The difference is huge! I can hear my radio and others now when I drive. It feels like a new car and I am very satisfied. I rated the quality of work 4 stars because one plastic cover panel was not refastened to the frame and from a distance, it looks like I have something hanging down. This is more cosmetic though. Alex was friendly and worked hard to get through my car as well as many others on a very busy day. The team's hard work is appreciated. On a related note, it was Dec 30th and the parts department did not have anyone staffed so everyone was paying at the Service Station. Despite that, I felt the guys did a good job trying to get us through the queues. More

My wife drives the vehicle and I noticed it was over due for a maintenance check and w I recently had a 2018 Nissan Rogue Serviced at Temecula Nissan. My wife drives the vehicle and I noticed it was over due for a maintenance check and we planned to drive the vehicle an extended distance. I called Jose and he was able to get me an appointment on short notice. I have had many vehicles serviced at the dealership and each time Jose have provided nothing but stellar customer service. The service and parts Dept waiting room is warm, have TVs and coffee! This makes a huge difference when waiting for your vehicle as compared to other dealerships in the area. In summary, I would recommend Temecula Service Department to my family and friends, and refer them specifically to Jose. More
