Time spent waiting I right there at 6:45 for my 7 appointment. There were two other cars sitting there besides mine.I explained to him that I really needed to get out of I right there at 6:45 for my 7 appointment. There were two other cars sitting there besides mine.I explained to him that I really needed to get out of there in time that I didn't want anything else done on the car except. Because I didn't have time. he assured me that my car would be out in an hour to 1 1/2 hours, no problem. after 2 hours I started asking about my car and at first they couldn't even find it. By the time my car was found and I left there it was after 9. Needless to say the time frame that I needed to be somewhere of course didn't happen. This isn't the first time this has happened to me there. a few months ago I was there for over three and a half hours for an oil change because somebody forgot to take my car back. Apparently having an appointment doesn't make any difference. More

As always another great visit This was a little different because they couldn’t reach enterprise maintenance to get authorization but it was completed on time as promised. Service Center LOST my vehicle Went for an oil change. Shuttle driver made me wait; he had to go to lunch. Service guy called to say they couldn't my vehicle SUV. Then found it but it was in the body shop getting a paint job. Lent me a mini loaner car. Got my SUV back next day with newly painted hood that I didn't need. Good service Went in for a key fob they were quite busy at 9:30 am they gave me an estimate about an hour and half which I decided to stay and wait.
