Very busy service department but their system kept things going fairly smoothly. Service Adviser and service-great! I want to start and say when I called the service telephone operator on 08/01/20 she advised the service department was booked and I should wait until I want to start and say when I called the service telephone operator on 08/01/20 she advised the service department was booked and I should wait until Monday. I advised her I was driving to the dealership due to some electrical problems. She advised I could leave it and they will look at it on Monday. When I arrived at the service department they greeted me nicely and wanted to help. Service adviser Lance met with me and advised he would take my truck and have it checked out. They immediately took my vehicle and started testing the battery. The service department found that my battery was pretty much dead and recommended I replace the battery. I was unfortunately 3K over the warranty so I had to pay for the replacement. Lance kept me informed and advised they could fix it and have it ready soon. They replaced my battery and tested everything. My vehicle was completed on that Saturday and I did not have to wait until Monday. I want to thank Lance for getting me back on the road. More
