At the Temecula dealership, the line to drop off one’s car became so long that people were forced to wait in the street but team members quickly sorted us out into a double line so everyone was able to wait safely to check in. I feel that my car is well taken care of and no one tries to “up sell” me services I don’t require. The one area where I think improvement could be made is shortening the wait time after you have checked out. I waited quite a while for them to bring my car around. It could be that I was there at the very busiest time. Thank you for your service. It is appreciated. More
