I recently had the pleasure of visiting Tempe Chrysler Jeep Dodge and meeting Mr. Walter Mclemore, and I can honestly say tha Mr. Walter Mclemore. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Tempe Chrysler Jeep Dodge and meeting Mr. Walter Mclemore, and I can honestly say that my experience with him was one of the best dealership experiences I have ever had. As a retired United States Air Force veteran who spent over two decades serving our country, professionalism, respect, integrity, and the way people treat others are qualities that mean a great deal to me. I have come to deeply appreciate genuine courtesy and people who take pride in how they treat others. That is one of the reasons my experience with Walter stood out to me so much. From the moment I met Walter, he was extremely professional, courteous, respectful, and welcoming. I was there to look at and test drive a vehicle, and he immediately made me feel comfortable. He took the time to answer all of my questions and explain everything I wanted to know, but what impressed me most was that there was absolutely no pressure whatsoever. That is extremely important to me when visiting a dealership. Walter allowed me to take my time, evaluate the vehicle, ask questions, and make my own decision. He never made me feel rushed, pressured, or as though I had to purchase a vehicle that day. Instead, he treated me with genuine respect and made the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable. I have visited many dealerships before, and unfortunately, the dealership experience can sometimes involve aggressive sales tactics or unnecessary pressure. That was not the case with Walter at all. His approach was completely different. He was patient, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making sure I had a positive experience. The test drive was excellent, and Walter was there to assist me without making me feel like I was being pressured into a purchase. He answered my questions thoroughly and gave me the time and space I needed to evaluate the vehicle for myself. As someone who spent over two decades serving our country in the United States Air Force, I understand the importance of professionalism, integrity, respect, and treating people the right way. Walter demonstrated those same qualities during my visit, and I sincerely appreciate that. That level of service means more to me than he probably realizes. What impressed me most was that Walter did not treat me simply as someone who walked onto the lot looking to buy a vehicle. He treated me like a person and a valued customer. He took the time to build a relationship and establish trust, and that goes a long way with me. Even though I did not purchase a vehicle during this particular visit, the experience I had with Walter absolutely made an impression on me. If I decide to purchase a vehicle in the near future, Walter Macklemore will definitely be one of the first people I contact. That speaks volumes about the kind of experience he provided. It was truly a pleasure meeting you, and I appreciate the professionalism, courtesy, patience, and respect you showed me throughout my visit. I must say Ernest one of your service advisors at Tempe Ram is an exceptional employee. From the moment I pulled into the Service drive he listened, asked questions and took a genuine interest of my issue Ram is an exceptional employee. They were able to figure out the issue and get it resolved post haste. I’ve been to other dealerships where the service advisors either didn’t care or had no experience and didn’t know which way to go. The only thing they seem to be concerned with was collecting a diagnostic fee. I highly recommend Ernie at Tempe Ram. he is honest, caring, and full of integrity! In May 2026, I started my search for the perfect pre-owned Jeep Wrangler, two door. I started my search in CA where I live. My search took me to several Jeep dealerships where I found a few nice u pre-owned Jeep Wrangler, two door. I started my search in CA where I live. My search took me to several Jeep dealerships where I found a few nice used Jeep Wranglers but the dealer mark-ups were ridiculous, $395 for locking lug nuts and $395 for protective door edge, and others. These mark-ups are the pattern at Jeep dealerships in CA, so I walked away. I visited AZ and took the opportunity to look for used Jeeps which lead me to Tempe Chrysler Jeep Dodge to checkout an advertised Jeep Wrangler. As I entered the dealership, Mr. Cam Jackson greeted me with smile and a handshake. Cam directed me to the advertised Jeep Wrangler; 10 minutes later we were on a test drive; 30 minutes later I committed to buying the Jeep. I jokingly asked Cam where were the usual CA dealer mark-ups? Cam said there are no games and NO CA dealer mark-ups at Tempe Chrysler Jeep, just quality cars and trucks at a good price. During the purchase process Sales Supervisor Matthew Bod and Sales Manager Charles McFarlane congratulated me on my purchase. Vaniessia assisted me in completing the associated paperwork. Buyer beware. Tempe Dodge sold me a vehicle with unresolved safety issues. The driver-side window and door were supposed to be fixed before purchase, but after mul Tempe Dodge sold me a vehicle with unresolved safety issues. The driver-side window and door were supposed to be fixed before purchase, but after multiple attempts, they are still not fixed. They also sold the vehicle with a broken headlight and refused to repair it. I’ve had multiple additional issues that required me to use my own insurance deductible. After all this, Charles (manager) promised to take care of me on a replacement vehicle, but he and Cam (salesperson) were dishonest, misrepresented damage, and presented numbers that did not match what was discussed. Overall, very disappointing experience. I would not trust this dealership. More
