I went in to order a new truck and have yet to hear anything back. I sent several emails to the salesman asking about status (where is my truck?). All I ever got was "its not in" or "its being complete anything back. I sent several emails to the salesman asking about status (where is my truck?). All I ever got was "its not in" or "its being completed". I felt no measure of customer service or reassurance that he was tracking the thing for me. In the end I had to call the factory myself only to find out the vehicle shipped 3 weeks after I ordered it! It has now been 8 weeks since I first ordered and I know the dealership can track their inventory. Seems to me a little customer service would have helped here. I still do not have the truck, or a delivery estimate. This is despite the fact that the dodge factory put it on a rail car 6 weeks ago. I will never purchase another vehicle from this place again nor will I recommend it to friends. I have sent them elsewhere. More

We spoke with James on the phone originally regarding several different used vans. James was tied up in a meeting when we arrived at the dealership but Reggie was outside waiting for us with one of the several different used vans. This is the nicest car we have ever owned. The minute we met Steve A on the lot he demonstrated complete professionalism. He listened to us and found us exactly what we wanted. He did not try to sell us anything we did not want. He showed us several cars and made us extremely comfortable with the entire process. Steve silver also went above and beyond in helping us. I saw the Jeep on line priced very aggresivley. I called and got in contact with the sales man Reggie. On December 13th 2010 I had called the dealership with a question on a 2010 Jeep wrangler and then told the salesman I was on my way to look at it. When my wife and I arrived he was waiting out front with t question on a 2010 Jeep wrangler and then told the salesman I was on my way to look at it. The advertisement didn't match the stock number but I was really impressed he had a Jeep out front ready for me to look at. Keith Baize and Wade Baize were the sales associates we dealt with and they both went out of their way to help my wife pick out the right Jeep since the black one wasn't going to work. They had to look for Jeeps in the dark due to a major remodeling of the dealership. After we had purchased the Jeep and got it home I realized the Vehicle manual wasn't in the Jeep. I called Wade and he brought it to my house. I will buy my next vehicle from this dealership, as well as recommend it to anyone I hear wanting a new vehicle. I have bought cars before but never had remarkable service and customer 1st attitude like what I experienced here. Great job, Robert Adams :-) More

I completed the transaction, including trading in a vehicle and financing the new vehicle in only a few hours. Before purchasing the vehicle I had throughly researched the vehicle I had settled on. My sales representative knew as much about the car as I did, which for some unknown reason is rare. At other dealerships I had reps who you would swear knew nothing of the vehicles they were trying to sell, much less techincal questions which they should have been able to answer. This is the third car I have purchased from this dealership in the last two years. I have on each occassion found the process to be painless. On this occassion, I had a minor mechanical issue with the car. The sales rep sawe to it that the service manager address the issues immediately. The car was in and out in a day and the work was well performed. My sales rep went out of his way to be certain that my son was pleased with the car. That included servicing aftermarket parts where Dodge could not. As to price, the deal was more than fair. Not an end of the year, last car on the lot price, but one that was fair to both parties. Also, there was none of this goofy "someone is coming to look at the car in a half hour" pressure to buy the car. The negotiation were serious, professional and never ever sophmoric. I routinely walk away from any salesperson using sales tricks designed to rush teenagers. Finally, I have had several service appointments with this dealership. In Arizona I have been greatly disappointed with independent shops which charge high prices and employee sloppy mechanics. At Tempe, the mechasnics doan excellent job anf you know going in they have all the special tool required to get the job done right. Thjey are also honest as to what work needs to be done and warrant all the work Regular oil changes are between 15 and 20 dollars, which is less than Jiffy Lube, especially after their recent price increases. I would highly recommend this dealership and will continue to have all my maintenance and service performed here. More

Steve V. was a breath of fresh air. He was friendly and kept working my deal until it happened.
