There is usually always one bad apple in the group who is dishonest just to get you in the door. In this case it's Nick Davis from the Internet Sales Dept. Below I have included email quotes from him and I. Most importantly things he did that we did not authorize him or Tempe Chrysler Jeep Dodge to do. They performed hard credit checks which will now stay on our credit report for two years, when I specifically said we only authorized soft credit checks unless a deal could be structured. Nick, Good morning! I just wanted to let you know I did not appreciate your dishonesty just to get my wife and I down to the dealership yesterday on 9/9/2019, knowing full well a deal would not be structured just to get us in the door. To top it off, we came in to see you and all you did was come over and introduce yourself and then pawn us off onto another salesperson. It’s not like it was a busy day. As you see in our email correspondences below you said “you would make it a smooth process and finance already had everything in the computer, so all we have to do is see the trade, add it into the equation and then send it to the bank.” At the time this email was sent, you had not only seen pictures of our trade-in, you also had the VIN number, knew the payment, APR and terms we wanted for the 2019 Jeep Trailhawk and also knew how much we still owed on our trade-in. Further down you stated “So I had finance get me some quotes and everything is lining up nice assuming we can get 84 months and the interest rate. Everything is a quote until it is sent to the bank.” Even further down I stated “My wife and I would both like soft credit checks performed and not hard credit checks. If you can structure a deal then we are both okay with a hard credit check but neither of us want dings on our credit report unless a deal can be structured.” Your response to that email was “In regards to soft and hard pulls on credit, we can just inquire on your credit to see your score and we can request a loan from the bank. If you send in the application we would just be looking at your scores and history.” Making it sound to us as if only soft credit checks would be pulled. I specifically said “that is fine but right now but we are only authorizing Tempe Chrysler Jeep Dodge to do a soft credit check to check our credit scores and not request any loans unless we can structure a deal. My wife’s name is Jerri and our credit applications will be submitted within a half hour”. Within a couple hours after I sent you that email we received notifications that hard credit checks were performed by Trans Union on both my me and wife’s credit from Chrysler. You did exactly what we did not authorize Tempe Chrysler Jeep Dodge to do which now will stay on our credit report for 2 years. The few things that were done at the dealership yesterday could have been done over the phone or by email if you already had quotes from finance and ran our credit check. I’m also not sure how you came to the conclusion “everything was lining up nicely” when the sales person came back yesterday with a monthly payment of $700, that is $220 what we said we wanted our payment to be. To make things right and stay true to your word we would appreciate it if you would contact Chrysler and get the hard inquiries taken off our credit reports. I would appreciate a response asap letting us know what if anything will be done. Thank you, David All I have to say is be careful on who you deal with and do not fill out a credit report until a deal has been structured and you see everything in writing on the vehicle you want; not one you have to settle for and talked into by a salesperson to get you to the payment you want. At the time of this review, nothing has been fixed on our credit report. More

These people don't care about anything! I bought my brand new car at Tempe Chrysler Dodge Jeep and was called back two weeks later because Sterling in finance messed up on the paperwork. Here we are 6 weeks later, I still haven't received the tags or license plate. I call again, Jenny tells me, it's ok, your good in the system! I asked what happens when I get pulled over for expired temp tags? She say's, "I cant speak for the cops!" Wow! What a joke! My car was fine! I wish I would have kept it because these people can't be trusted! I emailed my sales person about my antenna missing, he didn't respond! Nobody helps anybody and messages, ignored! Don't go there! I am reporting them to the BBB! Let me just add, still no permanent plates! What a mess! More

HERE'S MY STORY. 1st Traivon mayers lied to me to get me to purchase the vehicle I am currently driving! He told me that the "manager" agreed to sell the vehicle for 19k with taxes, fees, registration, & licence plates included in the 19k price. I even asked repeatedly "are you sure the price is all inclusive?" His response--YES! (apparently there were rebates that were supposed to bring the car down to 16k & he NEVER MENTIONED THEM TO ME, JOHN THE FINANCE GUY DIDN'T EITHER! He only said ehh we didn't finance you through christler so we lost a rebate, but he never asked me who I wanted to finance with. He chose for me. Bc this other financial institution was going to charge me less interest.I would have liked the option to chose who to finance with!) So it's now time to sign the final papers & I'm thinking ok they have all the info, I go in, talk to John (finance guy) who was in such a hurry to get me out of there that he literally said ok heres an overview of your contracts, quickly explained the contracts in 20 words or less & we moved on. Well now i go home and go over the contract with my husband JUST TO FIND OUT THAT I WAS LIED TO AND TRICKED IN TO BUYING THIS VEHICLE WHICH I THOUGHT WAS 19K WITH ALL THE FEES, TAX, REGISTRATION, PLATES ETC INCLUDED. THEY ACTUALLY CHARGED ME 24K for the everything. That is not the price we had originally discussed. Went back 2 days later to talk to Traivon about this & he wanted nothing to do with me, right away he said who did you finance with? I said John & he took me to John right away. John said "I dont know what you & Traivon talked about, you have to talk to him, I walk with John we find Traivon who quickly says "I'm going to take you to my manager " Managed was no help at all. & After talking to the manager he gives me the option to return the vehicle instead of trying to work with me. Now I'm contemplating returning the vehicle since I feel cheated, tricked, & taken advantage of, & since he gave me the option to return it, I MIGHT JUST GO IN TOMORROW AND DO IT! More

Then after hours of pricing offers of lower and promises I was advised the lowest they could go was 13500 when I was offered 12k just to walk in then 10,500 after negotiations. Service department is horrible. My truck was in Saturday for diagnostics, was told my truck was ready (which I had to call to get status of my truck). Get there find o is horrible. No call back and if I call I get the run around and no one will answer any questions I’m always sent to voice mails. Will never return!
