My car has been in for service since Jan 19th when it was towed there after not being able to turn the shift knob out of park for the 3rd time in 2 weeks. It was there 2 weeks prior for the same issue and at towed there after not being able to turn the shift knob out of park for the 3rd time in 2 weeks. It was there 2 weeks prior for the same issue and at that time they couldn’t replicate the problem but did a scan and discovered a code that needed to be reset in order to fix the issue. This time, after waiting to hear from someone since the 21st and after 3 phone messages, I was told that again yesterday (the 25th) that the problem couldn’t be replicated again but not to worry because there would be no charge. At that time I asked for an appraisal in order to possibly trade it in and specified which salesperson to contact. I didn’t hear from anyone at all today, even after leaving a message for the sales person who I was told was in. Tomorrow is day 8 without a car and no news from the dealership. I’m not happy More
