I bought a Ford private party and a few days later the car wouldn’t start. When I managed to get it to run I brought it to Tenvoorde and they immediately knew I needed a new key while a different shop was car wouldn’t start. Brought the vehicle in for diagnostic on the ac. Got it back in worse condition than when it was brought in, as they also messed with the tie rods and brakes, a service we had been told would cost extra so back in worse condition than when it was brought in, as they also messed with the tie rods and brakes, a service we had been told would cost extra so we opted not to, but was clearly done anyway. We ended up buying a new vehicle later that same week from a different dealership because the car was basically undriveable. Guy was nice and helpful though. More

Attention to detail seems to be about a 50/50 shot on work being completely done right. Wish the oldest Ford dealership would also provide the best service and accuracy in repairs without clients needing work being completely done right.
