Fortunately everything showed to be OK and the cost was very reasonable ($51 and change) for the diagnostic test, oil change, and tire rotation. The staff is extremely friendly and, more importantly, trustworthy. They are the major reason I would not want to buy my car from anywhere else. More

Pleasantly Surprised Came to Gjovik to test drive a couple SUV's to find out what my wife's next car would be. Met Carla - great person. Shopped with a couple of other dealers and found my way back to Gjovik. Sat down again with Carla and we got to a number that we could work with. Only real complaint would be how long it took to just get done with getting the car. Numbers were all decided ahead of time, made an appointment for Monday at 5pm so my wife could be there to sign also. All that we needed to do was sign everything and it still took 3 hours. More

Last time I did this I paid for the oil change but I think they forgot to do it as I had to have it done when I got to Toledo, Ohio. There is no question in my mind that was an accident and I am sure it did not happen this time and that's why I am continuing with Gjovik. The people I spoke with are great and I feel very much at home in your shop. I will be buying a new car in 2019 and will definitely be coming to Gjovik. More
