Both very easy to work with I had been having my 2009 serviced at Gjovik for years. But my old car had finally met his maker, when I talked to the service department they gave me a quote on trading in my old car for a new one. They gave me a fair price on a trade-in. I had taken a test drive in one of their Chevy Sonic's a few months back and had worked with Anthony Briggs. However, he was on vacation for the week and I wanted him to get credit for the sale but since I needed a car asap, Josh helped me out in his absence in the beginning and Anthony closed me out in the end. I got to work with two great guys. They didn't have the car I wanted on their lot but tracked down a great car for me. Both them and their sales manager and finance manager were great to work with. I did want a couple of options put in that the service department needed to put in for me and they offered me a loaner car to use while they had my car. And I didn't even ask! It was nice to have them think ahead and get me set up. Thank you all! More
