This will sound contradicting, but overall a great experience. Westin was a solid salesman and worked well with me. My only disappointment with this dealer is: 1.) They offered to drive the truck to me for free initially, but then later on said they’d do it if I bought their “accessory” package for nearly $600 2.) when they did deliver my truck, they bent my bed cover all to xxxx on the drive and only offered to pay for half ($500 MAX) to get it replaced. Even though I never touched that truck until it was delivered to me. 3.) They didn’t fill up my truck with a full tank of gas upon delivery, which was Westin’s managers decision to decline it as Westin called him on the phone with me standing right there..Pretty common for dealerships to give you the vehicle with a full tank of gas. 4.) They delivered my truck with the exterior and windshield dirty as xxxx. The interior was detailed nicely though. Westin was great, his management and their willingness to work with me went to xxxx only AFTER they received my wire for the truck. So I had no bargaining power to hold them accountable for their xxxx ups. More
