We love our new Denali, we bought it used and it is by far the best condition and best detailed used car I have ever seen. All their used cars were in excellent condition. Most dealers will give a traded in car a basic cleaning and stick it on the lot without fixing anything or removing scuffs, stains or scratches. Gjovik does not do this, our Denali came with brand new tires and a new battery. The detailing was superb and there was not a single dent or scratch on this huge vehicle. Not a stain in the car either. They actually thanked me for my business to, and it was sincere. Thanks for a great buying experience. More

I have had an ongoing issue with my 2021 GMC Acadia that I purchased at Gjovk. After a couple of thousand miles, when my engine burns between a half and a full quart of oil, I will get a low oil warning. Od I purchased at Gjovk. After a couple of thousand miles, when my engine burns between a half and a full quart of oil, I will get a low oil warning. Odd thing is I still have plenty of oil in the car but none on the dip stick. The dealership has had me change the oil a couple of weeks after an oil change so they can record the findings but when checking back with GM they have no record of any investigations being opened or done as to what the issue is. Then today I decided to change my own air filter but stopped when I noticed that there are screws missing from the air filter housing. News alert, I have never opened it and the dealership is the only place I have taken my car to since I bought it. I would like to think the dealership is looking out for me but when they don’t put a car back together, nor help diagnose an ongoing issue, I say it is time to fire Gjovky. More
