Ford Fusion I was always impressed by the Ford Fusion, but never felt the need to purchase one. I started surfing the web for dealerships that would offer me that I was always impressed by the Ford Fusion, but never felt the need to purchase one. I started surfing the web for dealerships that would offer me that car at the best price. Before I realized it, I became obsessed with Terrebonne Ford's Website. My initial call started off perfect Mrs. Beth Giroir answered the phone and became my salesperson. She immediately easing ALL of my concerns and addressed all of the things I wanted. She was patient and vastly knowledgeable about the vehicle and the amenities it offered. Oddly, she did not use the strategy of being persistent because her professionalism, natural customer relationship rapport immediately made me trust her and believe that I was not just a sale. The afternoon I picked up my car, she continued to exude those same qualities and more by continuing to take the initiative to get the process completed, which was extremely quick for me (I worked at school and also provided home-bound service after school).Once my transaction was complete, she offered an open door policy to continue to assist me in the future. I can go on and on about my experience with her. In closing, I would highly recommend Mrs. Beth Girior and Terreboone Ford as the go to dealership. There prices are reasonable, their dealership has a remarkable and knowledgeable staff and has been on of my best experiences. More

The entire process only lasted a few hours and was one of the simplest vehicle purchases I have made compared to my past experiences. Tommy was able to answer any questions I had and was extremely favorable during negotiations, which showed he cared about the customer and paid attention to my concerns.
