The entire process only lasted a few hours and was one of the simplest vehicle purchases I have made compared to my past experiences. Tommy was able to answer any questions I had and was extremely favorable during negotiations, which showed he cared about the customer and paid attention to my concerns. Overall I walked out with the truck that I wanted and felt like I got a fair amount for my trade-in and an excellent price for the truck. Overall it was a great experience. More
